All orders are charged a flat-rate shipping cost of $15 (+GST) across Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

International orders will be charged a AU$40 shipping fee, with additional costs per item.

Some countries are excluded from this flat rate and additional fees may be applied.

Expect orders delivered in 6-10 days.

RETURNS

We strive to produce goods of highest quality.

If in any way you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased, we will happily replace or refund.

Goods must be returned in an “as new” condition , un washed and with all tags and packaging.

FAULTY GOODS

To ensure that you are 100% happy with the size and colour of the product you have purchased.

We offer exchanges for clothing that has been purchased in the wrong size. Goods must be returned in an “as new” condition , un washed and with all tags and packaging.

Uncle Roccos stand by our quality of product but unfortunately on the rare occasion we have faults from our manufacturers.

If you believe you product if faulty please contact us for an exchange or refund.
