advanced textured fading courses tailored to better cutting complex hair types.

Many of the skills taught have been passed down to Fabian by his father Santo, and grandfather Francesco.

  • BARBERING
    FADING FUNDAMENTAL COURSE

FUNDAMENTAL FADING BARBER COURSE

 

Learn directly from Fab to fine tune your barbering skills. Focussing on fades, this barber course will give you tips and tricks on how to better improve your barbering. This course can also be tailored for experienced barbers, looking to expand their skill set with more complex hair types.


HOW

Fab will demonstrate a haircut at the start of the night, where students can step in and ask questions at every step of the cut.

Each student will then cut the hair of one of our provided models, and Fab will take them through their own hair cut one-on-one.

WHERE

The workshop runs for 2 hours fortnightly on Monday and Tuesday nights from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Uncle Rocco’s Barber Shop.

COST

The cost of the night is $300 (per person), payable on the night. We will provide the models.

Uncle Rocco’s requires a $100 deposit per person to confirm the booking.

WHAT TO BRING

Scissors & thinning scissors you are comfortable with.
Clippers.
Comb.
Notebook.

 

TRADITIONAL CUT THROAT
SHAVING BARBER COURSE

The barbering course focuses on traditional cutthroat razor face shaving techniques that aren’t included in many conventional classes, and will demonstrate the range of Proraso face shaving products throughout the class.

HOW

Students will learn how to conduct a hot towel cut throat face shave, from tool requirement and skin preparation through to shaving techniques and moisturising.

Fab will demonstrate the techniques required to safely conduct a cut throat razor shave. He will then guide the students through the motions of how to best achieve the closest shave. Students are able to ask questions at every step of the shave.

WHERE

The workshop runs for 2.5 hours weekly on Monday and Tuesday nights from 5:00pm – 7:30pm at Uncle Rocco’s Barber Shop.

COST

The cost of the night is $350 (per person), payable on the night. We will provide the models.

Uncle Rocco’s requires a $100 deposit per person to confirm the booking.

WHAT TO BRING

Cutthroat disposable razor handle (optional, or purchasable at the class)
Proraso Notebook provided.
